2. Object
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations between the seller and any person making a purchase on the ArtBySev.com website.
3. Products
- Original works, art reproductions and merchandising.
- Each product is presented with a description and non-contractual photos.
- Quantities may be limited (especially for originals).
4. Awards
- Prices are given in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable as micro-entrepreneur, art. 293 B CGI).
- Any delivery charges are specified before the order is validated.
5. Controls
- The customer places an order online via the artbysev.com website.
- The order is firm once payment has been confirmed.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem or incomplete address.
6. Payment
- Means accepted : credit card, google pay, …
- Payments are secured via the chosen service providers.
7. Delivery
- Products are shipped via Gelato (print-on-demand) or directly by the seller (for originals).
- Indicative delivery times: National delivery in 2 to 4 days, international delivery in 4 to 6 days.
- The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
- Exceptions: this right does not apply to personalized or customized products.
- In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund within 14 days of receipt of return.
9. Legal warranties
- The customer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and 1641 of the French Civil Code).
10. Intellectual property
- The works, images and content on this site are protected by copyright.
- Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Personal data
- Data processing is detailed in the site’s Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Failing this, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s place of residence or, at his option, the place of delivery.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
